Hours of Operation?
Monday to Friday. Though we do work on the weekends we have no set times on a Saturday or Sunday and do not answer emails or calls on the weekends. our preferred method of communication is via email. We are open to other ways of communicating but they will need to be requested or scheduled ahead of time. Other suggested methods of communication are via: Mobile, Viber, Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp etc..
Confidentiality?
Confidentiality is of the utmost importance, you information will only be side to complete project that we are working on together and nothing else. When the agreement ends all information will be deleted or returned.
